UK-flagged ore carrier on tow, Indian ocean

Ore carrier WUGANG HAOYUN encountered engine issues on reportedly, Mar 11, south of Reunion, while en route to Tubarao Brazil. The ship is in ballast, and according to her track, she met problem or problems long before Mar 11, probably as early as on Mar 2. Three tugs including OSV, responded, as of 1220 UTC Mar 11 she was under tow, to be towed to Port Louis, Mauritius, ETA Mar 13. Judging from photos taken by locals, the ship had to anchor at some time.
