One freighter aground, two collided, in stormy weather in Iskenderun Bay

One cargo ship was pushed aground, two other collided, in Iskenderun Bay, on Mar 11 in stormy weather. Israeli general cargo ship MORAZ was pushed aground by strong wind. Heavy load carrier MAHER collided with bulk carrier BURAK DEVAL at anchorage, understood MAHER was under way, while BURAK DEVAL was at anchor. No reports yet on damages, tugs are said to have been sent to refloat MORAZ.
